Yes…. I am THAT person! This my Ozzy.  He turned one on March 14!

I am a huge dog person.  I LOVE dogs.  We go visit pet stores to play with dogs (and the other pets.) I want to have a miniature farm in my suburban backyard.  Am I a crazy animal lover? Guilty! But this boy has been huge for me this past year.

As previously reported we are going through infertility treatments, which has been a huge battle and very trying.  Add to that the general stressors of everyday life as a working mom and entrepreneur and I guess you could say I have a tendency to stretch myself a bit and overdue it.  Ozzy has been my emotional support animal without me even realizing I needed it.  He has brought so much joy to our family and especially me over the past year.

While I am all for adoption of animals I admittedly did purchase him from a breeder. I searched for mini goldendoodles through several rescue sites and was never able to find one.  I am allergic to dogs and cats but that doesn’t stop me, I just try and get the allergy friendly versions. Hence a yorkie and now my Ozzy! Ozzy is a miniature goldendoodle from Heartland Goldens and Mini Goldendoodles. Bart is the owner and he was fantastic to work with. No kickbacks or ad perks….just seriously loved working with them and was a happy customer. Being a mini, Ozzy will be about 30lbs full grown. Last time I checked he was at 27lbs a couple weeks ago.  He loves going to the dog park, eating treats, learning new tricks and HATES being brushed.  He is a momma’s boy, but loves the whole family especially when we have guests come visit.

Happy Birthday to my sweet puppy!  Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our family and being the best dog we could have asked for. We love your silly personality and sweet demeanor.  XOXO
